Dr. Fodor András vádlott a Hódmezővásárhelyi Városi Bíróságon a 2011. február 11-i meghallgatáson azt vallotta, hogy a vád tárgyát képező elektronikus leveleket azért terjesztette az Internet világhálóján, mert a New York-i zsidókat sértette az a tény, hogy én az Internet felhasználásával hirdettem az általam írt vagy fordított könyveket, köztük Adolf Hitler: Harcom (Mein Kampf) című könyvét. Vallomása szerint őt is felháborította a hirdetésem, amire válaszolt.
